It was a pleasure doing business with yourselves from start to finish. Sid was spot on with the quote, giving us all the information we'd need and answered any and all questions. Gina was so helpful with the scheduling and kept us up to date throughout. The whole installation went well, but they couldn't answer some vital questions with regards to the setting up with my energy provider, no advise to change my meter b4 hand. The guy Brett went off the radar. When I called the office, they managed to disassociate themselves from the guy etc. Up until now, there's no after sales calls or to check if things are working or set up properly. My advise is try & do your research well before you engage them. They have no zero idea of the setting up with your provider and they won't support you throughout the period as promised." During the first appointment, Andy and his team checked our electric usage and recommended us the required panel capacity keeping in mind our budget. It showed that they were not just selling their product, but were making sure, we got the right product. I had a few quotes from other companies, but it was no match to Greentech Renewables. Hence we decided to go with them. The bonus to all this was, they even installed my EV Car charging unit at the same time at a competitive price.
