Hugely impressed with the whole team. Everyone we've met from the sales consultants to the installation team and the back-office staff have been incredibly polite, courteous, and professional. The installation team arrived like a small army at our house and every one of them was cheerful, polite, and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble......and it was during the hottest week of the year! The system works well and so far, the after sales and technical support has been exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending UK Eco Energy to anyone considering a solar energy solution." I can't praise them enough. It's not been an easy job but nothing's fazed them with no grumbling and with lots of quiet support for each other. I have known the company since 2016, when I had my solar panels fitted, it was only a 'baby' company then but I was impressed by David Nash and his treatment of customers and his desire to provide a good service. Now seeing this team working and my positive contact with the office staff, not forgetting Kurt, who got them into this job and it's idiosyncrasies, I'm not surprised at growth and success Here's hoping I can work the system they have installed !" They returned promptly to look at what had happened and advised me that the installation could be better and that they were now using a different system and sub contractor for this part of the system. Instead of just fixing the small part I’d hoped for they replaced the whole thing at no charge to me. That is absolutely fantastic service. The panels they installed work beautifully and have cut our energy bills hugely. I would whole heartedly recommend them if you are considering adding any Eco Energy solution to your home." Not only was the installation smooth, you answered all my emails quickly as I was getting used to the system and the one problem we had with the batteries you sorted out quickly. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found Uk Eco Energy Solutions in Lincoln and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone due to lockdown and then had a visit by Chris and later the MD David. The team were happy to adjust to our needs and look at various options and we settled on a nice discrete 6kw two roof layout with inverter and 5kw battery which was all competitively priced and excellent quality. Within a week of giving the team the go ahead the installation was in progress including scaffolding and completed in 2 days. The onsite crew and scaffolders were all professional and friendly. and were happy to answer any questions we had. I would also like to thank Louise in the office who always sounded cheerful and responded quickly to our queries and emails.
