 You have 14 days to return unused goods bought from the Kilowatts UK shop. Returns are by mail. You pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee and we do not offer exchanges.

 Email info@kilowatts.uk with your order number before you send anything back. Use a service that gives you a receipt. We refund the product price once the return arrives and we have checked it. Original outbound delivery is not refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 Lithium batteries and opened electrical goods may be refused if they are not in a condition we can resell. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights, which are not affected.
