"My choice of Contact Solar was purely down to previous reviews and confidence in the individuals we spoke to. We have not been let down at all. From Dominic the first contact and Solar specialist, Lawrence the surveyor, the support staff (Grace), scaffolders and the panel and Inverter/battery fitters. Above and beyond every one of them. Start to finish in under a month. Everybody working to provide a quality outcome. I can't recommend his company high enough."

"Perfect experience from start to finish! **I have 12x Jinko panels, 1x 5kWh Sunsynk Inverter and 2x 5.3kWh Sunsynk batteries installed** After getting a number of quotes from various companies I quickly realised there were a lot of sharks and hard-sell solar companies out there but Contact Solar were fantastic start to finish. Initial survey was done remotely and they happily talked me through the options and some rough costs (and these costs came down several times during as they found ways to get me a better install for less money!). Then I had a in person survey where they took me through the install and options as well as a chat about potential cable runs ect, once agreed I had scaffolding installed within 2 weeks and about 10 days later the panels, inverter and battery installed in a single day. The install was great and the guys took me through everything and offered a number of options for cable runs to keep things neat and tidy. The handover by the installers was detailed and the paperwork and instructions left on the kit were detailed but clear. The handover by the office was also very good including the warranty details and I did not pay a penny until after the system was installed and completed. If you are looking for a solar solution please do you due diligence but whatever you do make sure you get a quote from Contact Solar they were the perfect professionals and thousands of pounds cheaper than the rest of the quotes I had for the same or worse setups!"

"Mason and Jack arrived at 10.00 and had finished the complete installation at 3.00pm the same day. They worked none stop needed servicing with just two cups of coffee. They identified the best place to install the connecting box (outside) and made best use of the small space available in our attic for the invertor and battery. Great workers and a credit to Contact Solar. The system is working fine and we can already see that we are saving money by drawing current from the battery. Antonia of Contact Solar did an excellent job talking me through how to read the logging app. I highly recommend Contact Solar."

"Had a positive experience with this installer, eveything was installed to a high standard, 8 mobths on and not had any issues and if I have had queries they have been answered promptly by their support team. Their assigned installer Matt and his team did a great job."

"Excellent. I was a customer of First4Solar. When it went out of business Contact Solar took over its outstanding orders, and offered to do the work for the same price as quoted by F4S. In fact they not only matched the price, they improved the specification; and did it for the outstanding price, minus the deposit. So it was excellent value, and very considerate of them. I'm absolutely delighted with the service, the process and the end result. The only slight downside was that it took quite a long time to get the paperwork for setting up export; but that's all done now (with Octopus) and working well. The company responded quickly to all my queries, both before and after the fitting (and paying). The fitters were brilliant. Not only did they work very efficiently and neatly, but they came up with a much better solution for positioning the batteries and inverter. And the cable routings were also very well thought through; practically invisible in fact. They started at about 0830; they had it all completed and tidied up by 1530. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company. UPDATE May 2024. Batteries stopped working. Entirely my fault as I'd changed some settings to fit with a new Octopus tariff for summer. But I couldn't work out what I'd done, so I called Contact. They were brilliant - within a few seconds they'd located the issue remotely, and talked me through changing it back. (I'm an idiot but they very kindly didn't mention that...)"
