Kilowatts.uk is a platform that connects users with qualified electrical service providers and a contractor.

3. Quotes and contracts

When you post a project, approved providers may submit quotes. We are not a party to any contract that may result. The agreement, payment terms, and performance of the work are solely between you and the provider. We do not guarantee prices, savings, or outcomes.

4. Payments

Access to Kilowatts.uk is free for users posting projects. Providers who wish to receive leads and submit quotes may be required to pay a subscription fee or invoice, which may include direct debit in the future. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of provider access.

5. User obligations

  • You must not submit false, misleading, or abusive projects.
  • You must not include personal contact details in free-text fields.
  • Providers must only use project information to prepare and submit genuine quotes.
  • Providers must not misuse user data or contact users for unrelated marketing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Kilowatts.uk, including logos, branding, design, and software, is owned by Vangarda Build Limited and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or disputes between users and providers. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
