"We recently had 11 new solar panels, an inverter and batteries installed by SolarTherm UK. I was really impressed with the service from before the quote, the quote, the installation and post-installation support. I would highly recommend the firm, the products they provide and the individuals involved. From the very beginning of my discussions I found them to be proactive, professional and also flexible to my needs. Initially Hilary, assisted with scoping and what could be done, then Lily took this forward to ensure all of our specific needs were met. As we were having a new extension built (including new roof), we already had scaffolding (that they could have provided), they listened to our requirements including embedded (in-roof) solar panels, were flexible to work around our building schedule, the fitting was very professional and all staff onsite were polite and considerate, they were clean and concealed the wires, inverter, batteries in a way that caused as minimal disruption and minimal visibility of wires (we actually have none visible on the outside or inside the house). The team worked hard to get the job complete within one day and also the initial specification measurements and checks caused minimal disruption. The teams involved were very flexible for our needs and my own personal circumstances that they worked around. A great firm, great people and overall a great experience! Thank you!"

"The entire process from initial contact, through quotation, site visit and install has been faultless, really well done. The installers did a superb job, Would happily use them again if I had more roof space."

"Don't believe the system they tell you you are getting. At time of getting quote I was told the system had emergency power sockets as standard and also had a 6kw discharge and charge rate for batteries. Actual system installed has no emergency power sockets (apparently these are not standard as I was led to believe) and the charge/ discharge rate of the batteries is 3.6kw. These factors would have made a massive difference if j proceeded with them or not given their quote was more expensive and the higher rate and emergency power capabilities were the differentiators which justified the higher price. The documents I received didn't quote a charge / discharge rate so I specifically asked and was told 6kw. Also all documents around the inverter and in the emails noted emergency power sockets standard or comes with. So why would I have to request and pay for these separately? They have offered to rectify by me paying more money for then to install an extra inverter and the power sockets but I am not paying more money to get what I thought I was originally purchasing. The system I do have works but you can never know exactly what system you are actually having installed until your power goes out and you can't find the emergency power sockets so I can't recommend this company."

"Excellent service from start to finish. Great help in deciding what system to go for. Office staff back up was polite and friendly. The team of 4 who came to do the installation were friendly and polite working quickly and cleanly as a team and gave a clear explanation of the installed equipment. I would thoroughly recommend SolarTherm to anyone thinking of installing solar power. PS and so far the panels installed are more then meeting my expectations."
