He arrived on time, was polite helpful and friendly, answered my questions, and made the App work (which the previous engineer never managed). "I had Biomass installed in 2019, only to discover after a year or so that I had chosen the wrong small business to do it, dreadful customer service, no notice of engineer visits, calls not replied to. Found AB through the Woodfuel Co-op in Dumfries - big thanks to them! From the very first contact AB have been everything that you want in a maintenance company, great communication, knowledgeable office and engineering staff. My system is now operating better than when installed and is using less fuel. Looking to move and hopefully have a new system installed where we go. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic company can't praise the higly enough. My 90 year old parent's, who live near Brampton, had their boiler completely fail in the cold weather before Christmas 2024. AB Energy Centre came the next day and had a new boiler ordered, installed and running 3 days later, when other companies said they couldn't look at it until mid-January. "I've been a customer for several years now and can report excellent service. The tech help telephone line proved very helpful today when my biomass boiler failed to start. Having described the situation, I was helped to diagnose the problem and directed to the solution. Within an hour of phoning the company, they had called back and my boiler was up and running again. I was relieved that a call out wasn't required on this occassion since my house is a considerable distance from the company."
