"Outstanding Service from SGS Energy – Highly Recommended! I recently had a heat pump installed by SGS Energy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. A huge shoutout to Mick and Zac, who carried out the installation. They did an incredibly neat and tidy job, even though the space they had to work in was extremely cramped. Their attention to detail and commitment to high standards were evident throughout the installation. They worked methodically, ensuring everything was set up perfectly while keeping disruption to a minimum. Not only were they skilled and efficient, but they were also polite, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. "Outstanding service! Really helpful and responsive throughout the process of installing an air source heat pump. Clean and tidy work in the house, I wanted the heat cylinder moved up to the loft, and they took care of that. Really impressed with the service would recommend to anyone."

"Matt at SGS spent a lot of time working with us to design our heat pump installation quote and get the best value, which was complicated as we were doing some renovation work which meant our requirements changed during the work. Matt was really flexible with making changes and happy to work with our builders to get it right. We've decided to delay the installation till next year but appreciated Matt being very clear and honest about the installation requirements rather than telling us what we wanted to hear to get a quick sale - I've now got confidence that when we do go for it that we'll get a system which will perform well and be much more efficient in the future."

"Good system. Does what it needs to. I have 4 batteries connected to the solar so I can charge these for next to nothing over night. The customer service from Johnny and Neil has been great. They came out very promptly to resolve any minor issues and answer any questions I had ( I had lots) All of the office staff Johnny and Neil have been brilliant."
