"After looking at solar on and off for a few years, I was directed to The Solar People by the Solar Sherpa. This was for their more upmarket Enphase system, but Andy also offered me a slightly cheaper option he had just started doing with Eco Flow. Which I thought suited my budget and set up better. I looked at reviews of the products and the company and liked the fact that Andy had some 4s as well as 5s, but always responded to the reviews online with an explanation, which made it feel more real world to me. After lots of straight talking chats with Andy (no hard sell pitch like some others or last minute 'special' offers), I went with the setup he recommended, 18 panels with 5 KW Eco Flow battery and inverter and added a double socket which would be live in the case of a power cut. Mark and the other 2 lads completed all the work onsite in a day and were very efficient, friendly and tidy, but didn’t get through all the biscuits I had bought in! So an excellent and enjoyable experience from Andy and his team :-) NB Not had chance to test the socket in a power cut yet. Still waiting for Octopus to onboard me for my feed in tariff, but Andy did his part immedicably."

"Having decided to have Solar Panels installed on my house and hearing of so many horror stories about Cowboy Outfits and install disasters in my research, I came across The Solar People who were local to me, had the equipment I was interested in and had some really great reviews. After a couple of phone calls I just knew these were the people I wanted to deal with. No hard sell and waffle, just straight forward advice and a great product. The process was simple and following a survey and placing the order the guys arrived to install the equipment. They were very friendly and professional and just got on with it, keeping me updated throughout. The whole install was completed in a day leaving me with a terrific setup that I am truly satisfied with plus total peace of mind with the remote support built into the system. I would highly recommend the product and The Solar People who provided it. If only all companies were this good."

"Highly recommend, efficient service and sound advice from quote to finished install, had a Enphase solar + battery system installed which I wanted after doing my own research, and well it's running great! a little problem with one part which was replaced quickly and no fault of the team, they turned that around within a day. Thanks Dan + Andy and Team!"

"Researching solar panels isn't straightforward. There's lots of companies and different brands of batteries & panels all claiming the market leader; as I spoke to 9 different companies about a battery and panel solution, I have a fairly good idea. My experience with The Solar People was great. There was honest advice about the products and the installation. The panels and battery system we purchased in the end came down to The Solar People explaining that the customer service from those manufacturers was the best as well as the products being top notch. The sales process wasn't pushy at all and they were exceptionally professional when detailing why they sold the products they do, without being derogatory to other brands that they don't install. All in all, I'm really pleased with The Solar People and if you're looking at getting panels then you should definitely get in touch with them."

"We are really pleased with our installation of 112 ground mounted solar panels in a field near our house. The installation went well and three of the latest Enphase batteries have been added. The Enphase/Enlighten App is really easy to use. Update June 2024 - we have borrowed 13 sheep to graze around the panels this summer and keep the undergrowth in check."
