"We've recently had panels and a battery installed and we're really impressed by all the team. At every stage they were friendly, professional and communicative. When the day came for installation the team of 6 all knew exactly what their job was, worked hard and well together, and were polite and friendly. The handover was thorough and understandable. We'd have no problem recommending this company"

"UK Alternative Energy have fitted my Solar PV system, Eddi and Zappi. From first contact through to installation and handover the process has been brilliant. "Great service from start to finish. They took care of all the necessary paperwork to gain approval from my local electricity supplier. The installation date was convenient, and the team arrived when promised. Due to the nature of my roof design, it took a second day to complete the installation, but I was kept fully in the loop. Unfortunately, again due to the roof design, the system did not work as advertised. I was not even aware there was an issue until the team turned up 2 days after installing the solar EV panels to reconfigure the wiring. Everything is now sorted. Overall I was very impressed with the whole process, from initial design review, installation and aftercare support. I would especially like to thank Ben, John and Bella for all their hard work. Much appreciated."

"I have used UK Alternative Energy Ltd, since we moved in to our new-build property for the servicing of our air source heat pump system and I can honestly say that they are an easy company to deal with and often go above and beyond, which now days is rare. The staff are so friendly and customer focussed. If an issue occurs they endeavour to assist as quickly as possible, even to the point of trying to assist via text or video call until they are able to attend. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody."

"After contacting two different companies we decided to go with UK Alternative Energy partly because they are local but also their quotes were comprehensive and easy to understand. Very happy with our decision, having had the solar fitted first and seeing the quality of the work we called them back to quote for a heat pump. Although they were not the cheapest quote they got the job and again this proved to be a good decision, Bradley who fitted the system was very good supported by Sean their work is some of the neatest I’ve seen. They may be young but the pride in their work is easy to see and the finished job is better than expected. After supply issues we now have had the battery fitted to complete our new system again the work was completed in a clean and timely manner by David who’s attention to detail is very evident in the finished job. We are very happy with our system and the work that went into it and would recommend Uk Alternative Energy to anyone."
