"From the first meeting with James to obtain a quotation we were impressed with the time and care taken, his depth of knowledge, and the advice given. The assistance given when we applied for planning permission was very helpful, as we are in the Peak District National Park. James helped us prove that the planners’ preferred location wasn’t viable for generating enough electricity for our requirements. Consequently we were able to place the panels in an optimal location for our needs. The actual fitting was undertaken by the two Dans, assisted by Bailey. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and they coped with some extremely hot weather with good grace aided by a supply of cold drinks and a parasol. They came up with an ideal solution for the location of the gateway, their work was very neat and they tidied up after themselves pretty well. This was a big investment for us, we are really pleased with how the whole project has gone and we don’t hesitate in recommending James and Solar Fusion UK to anyone contemplating a solar PV system."

"The whole experience of dealing with Fusion Solar has been seemless through out the whole process from the initial consultation and quote, through to the installation and final commissioning. We were kept informed of progress and always ready to answer any queries we had. The installation phase went extremely well, with a technical issue being resolved in a timely manner with little involvement from us. The battery pack and inverter were installed in our external garage with a shallow trench being dug and subsequently filled for the cables from the house to garage. All cabling was kept very neat and tidy, both on the outside of the house and into the main fuse board. Overall we have been very impressed with Solar Fusion and would recommend them."

The quality of their work was top notch. We had a Sigenergy system recommend by them and we are extremely happy with it!"

"We had an 8.29kWh PV system with 16.29kWh of Fox Cube battery storage installed by Fusion Solar earlier this year. While they weren’t the cheapest option, we chose them because they took the time to visit us, discuss our specific needs, and talk through all the available options. That personal approach really stood out. The installation itself was delayed slightly due to weather, but once underway, the work was completed to a very high standard. The installation team were professional, considerate, and worked with us to ensure the disruption was minimal and that the finished result – especially the cabling – was neat and unobtrusive. We also had a Fox EV charger installed as part of the project. Unfortunately, this has been the only disappointment. Despite Fusion Solar's continued efforts to liaise with Fox and support us, the charger feels unfinished – the app and features are clearly still in development and it’s not currently fit for purpose. Fusion Solar have offered to replace the unit with a different brand if we pay the difference, which I appreciate, but I’m reluctant to spend more money. Overall, I’d rate Fusion Solar’s service 4.5 out of 5 (Google won't allow half stars). If it weren’t for the EV charger issue (which is more down to the manufacturer), this would easily be a 5-star review. I’d happily recommend Fusion Solar for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service."

"We recently had our solar panel system installed by Fusion Solar and couldn’t be happier with how it all went. From the first enquiry right through to installation, everything was straightforward and easy. The team were friendly, explained things clearly, and took care of everything for us, including recommending the right system for our setup. Installation ran really smoothly. They turned up on time, got on with the job, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. No hassle at all. The system has been working great since it was fitted and we’re already seeing the benefits. It’s nice to know it’s all been done properly and we’ve got something that will last. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about getting solar."
