"Vanessa and Phil have been brilliant. We found them by accident trying to help a friend who had been scammed over parts for solar they did not need. Phil went to see them and gave up lots of time to offer guidance and reassurance at no cost. We then talked to them for a quote and they were so clear and patient explaining how the system would work. We discussed various possible versions but it never seemed too much trouble. The team who installed the system were incredible. They were professional, kind and so incredibly tidy. They did not stop working despite the heat and the whole job was done within two days. We ended up with slightly larger panels as Phil could see how they would fit and have a fantastic system. It has been a real pleasure to work with Phil and Vanessa and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with them. A wonderful company with exceptionally high standards. Thank you."

"Five stars for an exceptional, high-tech installation! Phil and Vanessa at Solar Gain were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The installation wasn't completely without its flaws, but how they handled it proved just how professional they are. The delivery driver/dispatcher for the panels ran into issues getting them off the lorry and didn’t return for 26 hours. Despite these major external hold-ups, Phil and Vanessa kept me completely informed the entire time. They even sent a really nice hamper to apologize for the delays, even though it wasn't their fault at all! The workmanship itself is outstanding. While Phil was up on the roof installing the panels, he realized he could actually fit a couple of extra panels in, which they sorted out with absolutely minimum fuss. I’ve ended up with a highly specified, very high-tech system completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended!"

"The team at Solargain are absolutely fantastic. We decided to look for a Solar System 6 weeks ago and had a few discussions and quotes from different suppliers and Solargain for us just stood out from the rest. Vanessa helped us with various options and systems as we had decided only to put panels on the garage rather than on the house. Phil and Colin came to assess the job and gave timescales and agreed what would happen. It’s now in and working no fuss everything worked exactly how they planned it’s just a neat brilliant job. I would recommend Solargain to anyone looking to install a solar system without any hesitation."

"We obtained four quotes for our solar installation. SolarGain were not the cheapest (though close) but we were immediately confident that they were knowledgeable, giving good advice and genuinely keen to provide a system suited to our needs. We were right. Every detail was checked and an installation date agreed very quickly. Phil personally supervised the whole job which, with electrician Colin, was completed and running perfectly in two days. All necessary approvals, certificates, etc were obtained by Vanessa and we couldn't be more pleased with a neat and thoroughly professional installation."
