"Just had solar panels and a battery installed by Joe & Owen, and we’re thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. There were no pushy sales tactics at all. We initially weren’t keen on having solar panels on the front of our property, but Joe & Owen explained that our east-facing roof would perform really well. We ended up having panels installed on both the east and west-facing roofs, and opted for an in-roof system on both, which looks really neat. We haven’t paid a penny for electricity since the system was installed, which has been fantastic! The guys were extremely tidy throughout the installation and have always been happy to answer any follow-up questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery storage."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Solar Severn Electrical for the installation of solar panels and an EV charger at my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Joe and Owen were superb in every aspect of the process. They not only met every deadline but also maintained the highest standards of professionalism throughout. There approach was sensible and pragmatic, ensuring that the job was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. The quality of the installation is excellent – the solar panels and EV charger look fantastic and blend seamlessly with the property. Joe and his team kept the site impeccably tidy, showing great respect for my home. The handover process was thorough, with all necessary packs provided and clear advice given, particularly regarding switching to Octopus for the most competitive tariffs. This guidance has already helped me save money on my energy bills. What truly sets Solar Severn Electrical apart is their attention to detail and personal touch. Not only was the electrical work carried out to the highest standards, but Joe also went above and beyond by improving my patio, arranging scaffolding, delivering a complete job that exceeded my expectations. The overall service was better value than other providers I had considered, and the level of care and customer service was second to none. If you are considering solar power or EV charging solutions, I wholeheartedly recommend Solar Severn Electrical. You will get excellent value, expert advice, and a truly personal service that makes all the difference."

The advice and work carried out has quickly and efficiently solved the issues and it was very apparent the Solar Severn know and care about what they do. When the time came for the big job of replacing our domestic battery system it was a no-brainer to involve Solar Severn.
